At Peak Mental Performance Coaching, LLC , our goal is to help our clients learn the mental skills to feel happy, confident, and to reach their utmost potential in life. We work with clients from young children, to teenagers, to adults on a multitude of mental health challenges. We take a strength based approach utilizing your pre-existing skills while learning new ones, helping you overcome your weaknesses and fears. This is where growth as a person happens.
In therapy, Dr. Flynn tends to take a problem solving and skills building approach. He helps his clients to assess their ways of thinking that hold them back and challenges them to learn new mental skills or mental language in order to be truly honest with themselves on how they interpret the world and their place in it. Ultimately his goal is to help his clients grow their comfort zone, improve relationships, increase confidence and self-esteem, and become a more complete person.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes, within an office setting or via telehealth. The frequency and best means of meeting are determined by clinical need, presentation, and schedule availability.

Insurance typically pays for this type of service. We currently accept Blue Cross / Blue Shield Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts Commercial Plans, United Health Care and other Optum Products. Out of network options can be discussed for those with other insurances.
