We are happy to bill your health insurance for your care and work hard to ensure from the start that copay, deductible, or self pay rates are clear. We ask that prior to contacting us you also contact your insurance provider to check your benefits and that we are in network with. We are currently in network with:

Please note specific Educational and Sport Psychology services may not be covered by insurance as insurance companies only pay for medically necessary services, but we are happy to discuss other arrangements should this appear to be the case. This may also be the case if you are seeking additional consultations.

The fastest and most efficient way to get the process started of setting up services is to complete the online MATCH QUESTIONNAIRE. It will be reviewed and you will be contacted via phone or email within 48 hours to discuss the your clinical needs, whether or not we are the right match for you, scheduling availability, practice policies, and the next steps with you. Please keep your phone near you or check your email frequently in order to make the process as smooth and fast as possible.
Feel free to call us at (978) 482-7991 between 9 am and 5 pm Mon-Fri. If you do not get us directly feel free to leave a message with your contact information and possible times to get ahold of you and we will contact you within 48 hours. The initial phone consultation is free of charge and takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Its purpose is to obtain basic identifying information, and what specific services you are seeking. Peak Mental Performance Coaching, LLC prides itself in making sure we are the right match for your needs, and if we feel we are not we will do our best to point you in the right direction. This first phone consultation will also discuss your current schedule availability, insurance information, service fees, and practice policies.
What Happens Next?
If we feel we are the right match for your needs the first appointment will be scheduled during that first consultation conversation. We will also answer any questions you have about policies, payments, or our services. If you are scheduling for your child under the age of 13 the first session will likely be adults only, with the plan to meet your child in the subsequent session. On a case by case basis, this may also be true for children 13 and older. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
Once your first appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email from our electronic medical records system with a link to your own CLIENT PORTAL. Please register by creating your own username and password and make sure you remember them as will be your login information to your account that will give you access to many different features. You can access instructions and descriptions of the Client Portal by clicking HERE. Once you log in the first time you will be given access to multiple releases to complete, most notably the REGISTRATION PACKET. Please complete these and other demographic questionnaires, and sign PRIOR to the first session.
We are located at 955 Main St Suite 105 in Winchester. Feel free to get comfy in in the waiting room and Dr. Flynn will come out and meet you. The first session tends to be an extension of the initial contact with a gathering of your clinical needs and history. Initial impressions and goals will also be outlined. The session length is 45 minutes. Payment is expected at start or end of the first session and can be done currently by cash, check, or credit card.
Follow-up scheduling and plans will be discussed at the end of the first session. If it was a parent only session we will discuss how best to plan for your child to attend the follow-up session. Dr. Flynn typically treats the first few sessions as additional assessment and will likely meet with parents only several sessions into treatment to update them overall impressions, progress thus far, and parent guidance on how to continue to support your child. At that point follow-ups tend to be every 2-3 weeks based on the determined clinical needs. Duration of treatment varies from client to client based on clinical needs. The process is somewhat similar for older clients as well, or those looking for other more specific services discussed during the initial phone consultation.
